Dear AUS Community,
It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome each of you back from the summer break, and I extend a warm welcome to all new members joining our vibrant AUS family this academic year.
This fall, we are excited to welcome more than 1,300 new undergraduate students, along with 139 graduate students, who have chosen to pursue their academic journey with us. We are also pleased to introduce 32 visiting and newly appointed faculty members, who bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience that will undoubtedly enrich our community.
As we embark on this new semester, I encourage you to take full advantage of the exciting and important events that lie ahead. Whether it’s engaging in academic pursuits, participating in campus activities, or connecting with your peers, there are countless opportunities for you to make the most of your time at AUS.
I would also like to take this opportunity to let you know that AUS is in the process of preparing our next strategic plan. This plan will shape the future of our university, and I am committed to ensuring that it reflects the collective vision of our entire community. In the coming weeks, I will be engaging with you all to share more details and gather your valuable insights.
