Enjoy an unforgettable 2-day on-campus experience by exploring the vast field of mechanical engineering through the Explore, Design and Build: Mechanical Engineering Boot Camp at American University of Sharjah (AUS).
Learn hands-on skills in our state-of-the-art laboratories on topics including engineering drawing and modelling, 3D printing, manufacturing processes, robotics, programming and mechatronics systems.

This exciting competition introduces students to the exciting world of robotics and AI.
In this competition, students build and compete using small autonomous robots. Working with a starter kit, participants program a sumo robot designed to push its opponent out of the ring. Throughout the challenge, students develop practical skills in robotics and AI while strengthening their teamwork, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
