The Engineering Systems Management (ESM) program is what the region needs at this point in time. The market needs more and more technical managers to cope with massive projects we are witnessing everyday in the Gulf. I feel that I gained a massive amount of knowledge that helped me develop my skills as a manager and engineer at the same time. I recommend the program to those engineers who want to expand their careers and get the better of the two worlds: being an engineer and a manager at the same time.
