Experiential Learning

SBA boasts the region's first fully equipped Interactive Trading Floor (ITF), providing students and faculty access to real-time financial markets and microeconomic data via 24 Bloomberg terminals in an exact replica of a typical Wall Street or Dubai International Financial Center trading floor. The ITF bridges the gap between theory and practice so students can prepare for the challenges they will face in the workplace, and has gained SBA Experiential Partner status from Bloomberg.

Real-World Experience

All SBA students are required to complete a professional internship before graduation. Our students have been selected to intern at some of the region's largest and most respected organizations, including the Emirates Group, Boston Consulting Group, and KPMG, among others. This hands-on experience prepares students for their future careers, and many of our fresh graduates are offered jobs at the organizations where they interned.

UAE and USA Accreditation

AUS is licensed and its degree programs are accredited in the UAE by the Commission for Academic Accreditation of the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Affairs Division. Furthermore, AUS has been accredited in the USA by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education since June 2004, and SBA has been accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) since April 2011.
